My professional journey has taken me through respected hospitality environments in China and Switzerland, where I developed firsthand knowledge of service standards, operational coordination and business management.
At Le Méridien Hangzhou, I worked with the Executive Club Lounge team. I then joined W Shanghai, where I deepened my understanding of food and beverage service and bar operations.
In Switzerland, I worked as F&B Coordinator at Six Senses Crans-Montana, supporting operations across three food and beverage outlets.
Most recently, I served as Assistant to the Director for a private hospitality business in Crans-Montana. My responsibilities included financial oversight, human resources and aspects of operational coordination across a portfolio of nine restaurants with different culinary concepts.
These experiences reinforced a simple idea: strong operations depend on clear processes, responsible management, consistent quality and attention to detail. Canon Advisory brings that perspective to independent business owners in Kazakhstan.
